SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Our products ship from our overseas fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–11 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all US orders. We currently ship within the United States only.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Any import duties or fees that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for the first tracking scan to appear.

WRONG OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost, or refunded minus the return shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email support@hugglewear.com and we'll help sort it out.
